38 Beacon Bay

This was a new custom build, completed in 2018. Located in Beacon Bay, this east coast style home has high comes equipped with a beautiful, state of the art kitchen, as well as high ceilings in all common areas. One of the best aspects of building this house was that we had the opportunity to build it for a family friend who could not be happier with the end result!
