This project was a remodel of a home on Balboa Island in Newport Beach, built in 1928. The interior scope of work included completely updating the home and remodeling the kitchen and dining room, giving the original wood floors a new feel, and restructuring the master bedroom to accommodate our client’s needs. The exterior scope included installing a new tile patio at the entry, as well as installing both a fire and a water feature on the south patio. The north patio received a new wood deck and provides optimal breezeway through the house.
