Peninsula Custom Homebuilders, or PCH, is a Residential Construction company for the Orange County area. PCH proudly boasts a collection of homes built up and down the coast that showcase the natural beauty of the county’s diverse landscapes. PCH, Inc. was founded by John Curci, a 3rd generation Newport Beach resident and General Contractor. After graduating from the University of California with a degree in architecture, Mr. Curci began his career in Commercial Construction, creating his own General Contracting company, DBaC, Inc. DBaC has been in business for over 30 years, working with the large land owner’s and Commercial Real Estate companies of Orange County, like The Irvine Company, CBRE, and Cushman and Wakefield. John’s background helps him visualize and communicate with potential clients and he understands not only what homeowner’s want to see in their homes, but also how to make it happen.

His son, Nick Curci, Vice President of Operations, has grown up on job sites, learning and growing in the industry since he graduated from CDM in 2011. Together, they’ve been providing high quality, high end residential homes for their community and have had great success over the years.
